We guarantee our products for 3 months after purchase. If you’re unsatisfied, return it for a refund, repair or replacement. That’s our guarantee and your peace of mind. Worried you might not like it? Test it out anyways and see what you think, not satisfied, send it back for a refund.
For all discounted shoes, all sales are final. However, please contact our team if there is a defect with your shoe purchase.
Drop by the store during retail hours Monday – Friday 10am-5:30pm or Saturdays 10am-5pm, and we’ll make it right.
Drop it in the mail*. Send it back our way at 3765 S. Higuera, #100, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. We’ll contact you once it’s received to square things up.
